City Gazing Dubai shifts the way people see this fascinating metropolis. With a massive light art installation suspended over DIFC Gate Avenue, City Gazing Dubai turns the city upside down. As visitors pass beneath the installation, they can stare up at a full map of Dubai with glowing streetlights that dance against the dark desert sky.
